Talent Acquisition Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to support the business in identifying and securing high-quality talent. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with business leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines that support future hiring needs.
As a trusted partner, you'll advise hiring managers through the recruitment process, build lasting relationships, and represent us as a true employer of choice.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including writing job ads, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, coach them on best practices, and support decision-making throughout the hiring process.
* Champion our employee value proposition internally and externally.
* Develop and maintain professional networks with recruitment specialists and industry contacts to support proactive sourcing and keep up to date with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of top talent.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute strategic plans to source and engage high-quality candidates.
3. Hiring Manager Support: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
