They are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead their boutique and drive a culture of excellence across both client service and team performance. This is an opportunity for a polished retail leader who understands the nuances of luxury clientele, values relationship-driven selling, and has a genuine passion for delivering a world-class customer experience. The Opportunity As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of boutique operations while acting as a brand ambassador within the local market. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, cultivate long-term client relationships, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand's premium positioning and service standards. About You You are an experienced luxury retail leader with a strong background in ready-to-wear and a proven ability to create exceptional client experiences. You lead from the front, thrive in a consultative selling environment, and understand that luxury retail is built on genuine relationships, personalised service, and attention to detail.
