About the Role

We have multiple openings across different skill levels, shift types, and locations.
Depending on your experience and interests, you could be:

* Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines
* Working in participants’ homes or in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)
* Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needs
* Administering medication and following detailed health support plans
* Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
* Providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants
* Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families

About You

We’re looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:

* Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health or related fields
* Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
* Experience with high-intensity behavioural support
* Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
* Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)
* NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
