Role Summary
The Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria is a complex and multifaceted initiative that requires a deep understanding of its history, context, and systems in place.
As the Facilitator Director, you will oversee recruitment, training, and quality of the facilitator team, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the reform achieves its aims and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a positive and supportive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
* Identify emerging opportunities for improvement and enhancements relevant to delivering a high-quality facilitator service
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria, its history since 2021, and the supporting systems
Requirements:
* A deep understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability, framed by a strengths-based approach
* Over 10 years of experience working in or with schools as an Allied Health professional (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist)
* Natural leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure
