Job Description
We are seeking an individual experienced with complex high-care needs including behaviours to join our team.
Our customers have varying needs and require a wide range of professional supports. Full training in their care plans is provided.
This is an overnight sleep roster of 61.50 hours per fortnight. Please review the roster included before applying.
The successful candidate will be delivering a wide range of domestic supports within customer residence, supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals, ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed, and performing administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We require candidates with extensive experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans, previous experience working with challenging behaviours, previous experience with manual handling and medication administration, significant personal or willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience, ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity.
Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential, willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with motor vehicle allowance rebate), valid Drivers Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Clearance (at our cost).
