We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality dining experiences to our guests. About the Role You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard, maintaining kitchen operations, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in line with established recipes and quality standards. Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to ensure consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering supplies. Ensure all food is prepared efficiently and served on time, even during peak service periods. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures. About You Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
