About The Role
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for patients and clients at Taree Community Health Centre. You'll provide front line services, respond to enquiries, update demographics, open service requests, and book appointments via the CHIME system. The role also supports the LMNC Central Contact Point for Release of Information and contributes to a wide range of administrative functions that keep services running smoothly. Every day will bring variety, from preparing mail-outs and scanning documents to helping clients access the right service stream and supporting clinicians in their work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful work in a supportive, team-focused environment.
About The Service
Taree Community Health is part of Integrated Care Services Hunter & Lower Mid North Coast. You'll join a dynamic multidisciplinary team in the Manning area, working alongside supportive admin staff, skilled clinicians, and an experienced management team. Our culture is centred on patient-focused care - supporting the health and wellbeing of clients, while ensuring clinicians receive the high-quality admin support they need.
About The Lower Mid North Coast
