About the Role As a Café All Rounder at WHSmith, you bring a genuine passion for coffee and great service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for: Preparing and serving food and beverages to café standards. Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner. Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately. Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well-presented. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café. Handling both cash and card payments efficiently. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following: 1 - 2 years of experience as a Barista / Café All Rounder. Must be available to work on weekends. Experience in food handling would be ideal. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
