• Motivate and mentor a team of Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives, and Insurance Broking Interns.
• Key performance indicators include business retention, complaints handling, and continuous professional development.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
• Solid technical expertise in insurance products, legislation, claims, broking technology, dispute resolution, and compliance.
• A proven track record of success in insurance broking, ideally with 10 years of experience.
• Leadership qualities to inspire and guide your team towards achieving goals.
• Mandatory qualifications: Diploma in Financial Services & Tier 1.
• Highly regarded: Tertiary business qualifications (a plus).
