As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit objectives by executing a well-defined national strategy.

Duties Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed budgeted sales and profit targets across your assigned territory.
Drive new business opportunities in the Healthcare, GBC, and Hospitality markets, ensuring sustainable growth in partnership with National Accounts and Distribution teams.
Take ownership of building a strong sales pipeline, demand planning, and forecasting to secure long-term growth.
Lead by example in CRM (C4C) usage, ensuring best practice standards that are recognised both nationally and globally.
Collaborate with other BDMs, Distribution, and National Accounts to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong territory support.
Maintain a structured customer contact schedule to resolve issues, introduce new products, and report on competitor activity and market opportunities.
Skills and Experience Proven track record of success in B2B sales with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles.
Previous business development experience strongly preferred.
Exposure to competitive industrial markets essential.
Experience within the Professional Cleaning sector desirable, though not required.
Relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous but not mandatory.
