Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our store team as a Fresh Convenience Team Member. This role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation including handling and displaying products and ensuring all areas of the store are clean and tidy.
* Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals including supporting other team members and contributing to a positive team environment.
* Participate in visual merchandising and stock maintenance activities including setting up and maintaining displays and receiving and processing stock.
* Perform cash handling and EFTPOS duties including processing transactions and managing cash and credit transactions.

* A customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* The physical ability to lift and move stock and equipment as required.
* Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends.
