Sales Executive Opportunity


Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts?

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our national sales efforts in New Zealand. As the local market leader in adhesive technologies, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions to industrial, construction, and converting sectors.

About the Role:
- Drive sales and margin performance within established guidelines.
- Support pricing strategy implementation and distributor programs.
- Conduct joint fieldwork with distributors and provide technical/application support.
- Manage the NZ customer base and acquire new accounts.
- Coordinate marketing and training initiatives for new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in account management (3+ years).

- Strong CRM proficiency and comfort navigating Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
