Pivotal Role in Health Risk Management
We are seeking a skilled Health Risk Management Consultant to join our Wellbeing, Health & Safety team at PwC Australia.
The successful candidate will play a crucial part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating health risks faced by our partners and employees.
This includes addressing critical health challenges such as lack of exercise, musculoskeletal injuries, and ergonomics-related issues.
The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of health and wellbeing best practices.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing medical data from assessments to inform health initiatives.
* Identifying at-risk individuals and guiding them through health programs.
* Collaborating on holistic health protocols with psychological specialists.
* Working with Safety Business Partners to understand firm risks.
* Managing relationships with external providers and establishing health service networks.
* Designing and facilitating health workshops and training sessions.
* Implementing health technology tools for data insights.
* Occasional involvement in injury or illness management.

Qualifications:
