Sports Clinic NQ is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Medical receptionist to join our valued team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Scheduling appointments with high accuracy
* Billing and processing payments
* Cleaning, restocking and ensuring the clinic is ready for business
Requirements and attributes:
* Prior experience as a medical receptionist or a demonstrated interest
* Experience with Gmail, Microsoft Office suite (OneNote) and Best Practice ideal
* Keen attention to detail, problem-solving and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst remaining calm under pressure
* Self motivated, drive to do well and contribute to the teams success
* Friendly and happy disposition, takes pride in work

About the position
* Casual
* hours per week (plus additional hours for holiday relief and projected growth)
* Reception shifts between Monday and Friday 7am - 5pm. Roster issued up to two months in advance.
What does your working day look like?
* Open and prepare the clinic & doctors rooms prior to the phones ringing at 8am - cleaning, restocking, sending HotDoc messages, actioning urgent recalls and emails.
* Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing billing, monitoring and sending emails and the scans folder, entering new patient data, answering phone calls, assisting and communicating with our team of doctors, nursing staff and the practice manager.
