Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential homebuyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing their dream home. Day-to-day tasks include presenting and showcasing home designs, fostering strong customer relationships, facilitating negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your sales and customer service skills.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in New Home Sales and Sales techniques to meet and exceed targets
* Strong skills in Customer Service and building and maintaining customer relationships
* Experience in Negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively
* Participation in ongoing Training programs to refine sales strategies and product knowledge
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
* Previous experience in the housing or real estate industry is an advantage
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
