This Australian mining services company is looking to secure a motivated and personable lawyer to join our in-house legal team.
You will work closely with a collaborative and down-to-earth team of lawyers who encourage progression and career development, becoming a trusted adviser to the business.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, equipment & personnel hire, services & supply, and joint venture agreements.
Provide advice on a wide range of issues including employment, general commercial law and dispute resolution, and litigation on occasion.
Ensure compliance and advise on legislative and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
4–10 years of post-admission experience (PAE).
Strong commercial and contract experience, or a background in construction, corporate or litigation with exposure to front-end matters.
Experience working with top/mid-tier firms or leading boutique firms.
