What you will work on
We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail store leadership team at our location, Hype DC Indooroopilly. As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.
Who you will work with
As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in-store team to deliver a people-first culture, maximise sales growth in your business while accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

What you will work on
* Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team
* Passionate about creating a WORLD CLASS team and a MAGICAL VIBE within their store
* Drive financial sales goals and KPIs for a multimillion-dollar store
* Deliver on the brand vision and strategy
* Be on the floor 80% of your week, keeping the customer at the core of decisions and delivering memorable experiences
* Provide coaching, support and feedback to drive results
* Recruitment, selection and onboarding of all new team members
* Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience in-store
* Ensure the store shows up as best in class through Visual Merchandising excellence
* Aim to be the best version of yourself at work every day

Who we are looking for
* A team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations and team development
* Experience and passion for delivering best-in-class experiences
* A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment with a proven record in driving sales and KPIs
* A leader with a motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
* Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
* Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
