Your Role
You will play a key role in:
Collaborate with debt recovery operations teams to ensure policies, procedures, and work instructions are in place and followed
Develop and implement debt recovery strategies aligned with legal frameworks
Monitor overdue accounts and initiate appropriate recovery actions
Ensure compliance with the Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004 (NSW) and other state-specific regulations
Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for audits and reviews
Your Profile
FNS30420 Certificate III in Mercantile Agents, including competencies in:
Debt collection and legal recovery
Locating individuals and serving legal process
Supporting individuals experiencing hardship
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Familiarity with credit laws and financial regulations in Australia
