They are looking to bring onboard a new Senior Payroll Officer on a full time, permanent basis due to business growth.
This role is based in Macquarie Park, right by the current metro station, and offers flexibility to WFH 2 days per week.The RoleFor this position we are on the lookout for an engaging candidate with strong end to end payroll experience of at least 5 years.Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your day to day responsibilities will include:Processing a high-volume fortnightly & monthly payrollsEnsure accurate payment of wages, superannuation and government taxesManage any payroll related queries coming from staff to head officeProcessing, reconciling and clearing month end figuresCalculate annual leave and sick leave provisionAssist with payroll reporting, including year-endYour ProfileOur client is looking for someone who has worked as part of a team within a large business.The successful candidate will have:Minimum 5 year's experience processing payroll from end to endStrong understanding of different EBAs and AwardsHigh attention to detailExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously as required but also have a cohesive attitude towards the teamOpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to step up and develop their career in a permanent, full-time position.
