* Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and Network infrastructure.
* Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IP
* Understanding of Firewall,VLANs,Emails - Office365 and on-premise Exchange server,Teamviewer and Storage.
* Windows OS Server and Client
* Solid understanding of switching and routing
* Familiar with windows installation, upgrading and troubleshooting
* Onsite and offsite Backup monitoring
* Basic networking with understanding of Modem / Routers
* Full Working rights to work in Australia
