In this role, you will utilise your Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition experience and bring your expertise to source, attract, and assess the very best talent in the financial services and retail banking industry. You will build credibility, thrive when given accountability and drive trust as you deliver in this role.
You will need to be adaptable in a quick-paced complex environment that is constantly changing. In addition, you will have a client service ethic that is second to none, a proven capability in delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies and a strong background in retail banking and volume recruitment.
