An opportunity has become available for a standout Housekeeper or House Manager for private residence(s) in Narooma. The role is located on a unique property in Narooma – it is a truly stunning location.
The position is focused on the main residence but will extend to additional help on the property and guest residences. You will take responsibility for the presentation and organisation of the home always ensuring a turnkey property.
Your attention to detail for specific preferences is exceptional and you will have a genuine care for what you do. Working in a small team a can-do, hands‑on attitude is a must, as is excellent communication.
General Duties May Include:
* Household management and organisation
* Detailed cleaning
* Complete laundry care, linen management, and bed preparation
* Occasional light food prep
* Grocery shopping
* Assisting the family & guests within the home with any personal requests or needs
* Occasional event help and preparation
* Shared care of a small number of animals (chickens, goats, dogs, and birds)
* Driving – airport pick up and drop off
* Clear communication with all stakeholders
* Flexibility is a must and there is weekend work required as the property operates 7 days a week (weekend work is shared between the small caretaking team)
* Outstanding attention to detail
* A discreet, service‑focused approach with respect for privacy
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to self‑manage your day
* Loyalty, maturity, and a deep understanding of expectations
