Your role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of a team that provides the right tools to the right people, understanding DLL's core values and supporting our partners’ businesses.
Responsibilities
* Provide IT Service Desk support to DLL colleagues in Australia, New Zealand, and across Asia Pacific.
* Resolve software and hardware issues with strong technical skills.
* Engage in a varied role that encourages innovation and leverages your technology expertise.
* Work with multiple technologies, platforms, and devices.
* Educate and assist DLL colleagues.
* Report to the IT Support Manager, with opportunities for remote work.
Daily tasks
* Manage incident resolution and service requests regionally.
* Triaging tickets efficiently and accurately.
* Build positive partnerships within the team.
* Handle complex technical inquiries and support application issues.
* Create guides and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
* Maintain a focus on security and efficiency.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Candidate profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
* At least 2 years of operational IT experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.
* Knowledge of device management including laptops, peripherals, phones, and tablets.
* Familiarity with operating systems, office, and enterprise software.
* Team player with proactive responsibility-taking and attention to detail.
* Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
