Responsibilities
* Align learning preparation with relevant metrics for measuring success (e.g., cloud consumption, survey feedback).
* Build awareness of the latest features, technologies, and processes and incorporate those into current learning experiences to ensure a quality learning environment and delivery.
* Deliver single to multi-day training or other learning experiences in-person or virtually with minimal supervision, leveraging a variety of delivery methods, including presentations, discussions, labs, and simulations.
* Use digitally enhanced instructor-led resources to effectively deliver technology-based learning experiences that prepare our IT technicians for local qualifications.
* Apply classroom management techniques such as flexible learning, behavioral reinforcement, and time management to reinforce learning while engaging with learners to ensure content and concepts are understood and aligned with operational goals.
* Create a friendly, supportive environment and encourage learners to ask questions; monitor their progress to appropriately reinforce important learning; participate in hands-on lab activities; and provide course content feedback to the broader Learning Team to ensure curriculum relevance.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of training, education, IT, cloud systems, data center environments, server environments, or computer technologies experience
* OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Data Center & IT Operations across various functions and a college or university degree, US Armed Services Honorable Discharge, or an additional 2+ years' experience.
* Exceptional written and interpersonal skills: effective and concise communication with stakeholders and organizational leaders about programs and objectives.
* CompTIA CTT+ or equivalent technical training certification, or ability to complete within 6 months of hire.
* Current industry framework certification (ITIL, Prince, Lean Six Sigma) or technical certification (CCNA, MCSE, NET+).
Background Check Requirements
* Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years.
* Verification of Australian citizenship due to legal restrictions, requiring a valid passport.
