About The Role
* Portage of guest luggage to and from suites.
* Assist reservation enquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities and services we have to offer.
* Checks guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner.
* Greets all guests that come into contact with Guest Relations ensuring that the guest name is used at all times.
* Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and gives directions as required.
* Answers all telephone calls within three rings in a professional friendly manner.
* Informs guests of all facilities and services available in the Property.
* Sets up guest accounts accurately.
* Reconciles cashier floats at the completion of each shift maintaining an accurate float.
* Documents all transactions and alterations to accounts & reservations.
* Communicate with Team Members on the following shift in order to ensure continuity of service.
* Communicate guest requests & issues to appropriate departments promptly and efficiently.
* Ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely.
* Maintains the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times.
* Collects payment of accounts and issues receipts accordingly.
* Maintains dress and grooming standards at all times.
* Carries out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management team.
