The Opportunity This is a hands-on coordination role supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice. Reporting to off-site Practice leadership, you will assist in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic while supporting a collaborative and experienced team. Key Responsibilities Support the daily operations and workflow of the clinic Assist in guiding reception and clinical support staff Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery Provide support with compliance and accreditation processes (RACGP) Help identify and resolve operational issues Ensure systems and processes run efficiently About You Experience in a senior receptionist, team leader, or coordination role within a GP medical practice Working knowledge of Best Practice software Exposure to accreditation processes (desirable) Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with a calm and professional approach Team-oriented with a willingness to be hands-on Solid general IT skills and ability to learn quickly Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude Why Apply?
