What you'll be doing
* Assist customers through the entire sales journey, from enquiry to delivery
* Demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles and their features
* Build strong customer relationships and follow‑up processes
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI
* Maintain product knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the broader dealership team
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate vehicle features
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
* A passion for the automotive industry and the Volkswagen brand
* A valid driver's licence
