Production Officer Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have high-level knowledge and extensive experience in a production officer role, preferably at Sydney Water or a similar water company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain the plant in alignment with relevant frameworks, including health and safety requirements, quality and information management protocols, incident response, and business continuity frameworks.
* Undertake daily field checks, testing, and adjust process control parameters to ensure optimal performance.
* Execute on-site process and asset checks using available systems, processes, and procedures.
* Manage onsite safety and works coordination through implementation of safety procedures, including Permit to Work, Lock Out Tag and Flow Isolation / Flow Management.
Requirements:
* Trade qualifications (electrician/instrumentation specialist or mechanical) or qualifications in engineering/science or equivalent experience.
* Current driver's license and own vehicle with flexibility to travel across various locations within your hub.
* The ability to commit to working on a rotating roster, inclusive of day shifts, after-hours standby, and weekend roster.
* Computer skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning customized software packages.
