About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for making a real difference in people's lives and providing excellent customer care. You will be responsible for undertaking assessments, developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans, designing and implementing intervention programmes, and liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
* Design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
* Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
* Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
* Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
Requirements:
* Australian recognised degree qualification in Nursing and full AHPRA Accreditation
* Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
* Commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers
* Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
* Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
* Valid drivers licence and access to own vehicle
