Qualifications & experience
Office experience required
Great verbal and oral communication skills
Sound computer skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong work ethic essential
Must be honest and trustworthy and highly oranised
Tasks & responsibilities
Opening and organising conveyancing files
Attending to reception and monitoring emails
Assisting conveyancers in day to day management of settlement files
Preparing documents and statements associated with sale and purchase of property
Liaising with real estate agents, Government authorities, Banks and Financial advisers
Creating PEXA workspaces and entering details for settlements
Ordering searches from local government authorities and Land Services Group.
Prospect Conveyancing offers full training and guidance to the successful applicant
