The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established investment group to appoint an Executive Assistant. This newly created, high-profile position is an exciting opportunity within a dynamic organisation recognised for its leadership in Australia7s real estate and investment landscape. Our client manages a diversified portfolio across property, infrastructure, and funds management, and places a strong emphasis on fostering collaborative cultures, driving sustainable practices, and building lasting value within the communities they serve.
Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant, youll provide trusted, high-level support to the two leaders and play a pivotal role in ensuring structure, flow, and consistency across leadership operations. This role offers autonomy, variety, and exposure to key decision-making forums.
* Complex diary and inbox management, domestic travel coordination, and expenses
* Preparing board papers, agendas, meeting packs, and minutes
* Driving structure across team processes, meetings, and priorities
* Coordinating and attending leadership meetings, capturing actions and follow-ups
* Managing communication and stakeholder engagement on behalf of the executive
* Leading team events, engagement initiatives, and process improvements
* Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Experienced Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite or senior leaders
* Confident with Microsoft Office, Teams, PowerPoint and modern digital tools
* Highly proactive, detail oriented, and solutions focused
* Discreet and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to "read the room"
* Collaborative leader, able to influence and uplift support staff without formal authority
* Background in corporate environments such as real estate, professional services, banking, or consulting is highly regarded
