Team
Our Croudace Bay site is home to a passionate and highly experienced multidisciplinary team, working in a well-resourced therapy centre that supports clients across the lifespan. We pride ourselves on delivering specialised, person‑centred services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- A weekly Early Diagnosis Clinic
- Custom Wheelchair Seating Clinic
- On‑site casting services
- Group therapy programmes focused on bimanual therapy, goal‑directed therapy, powered mobility, bike riding and early intervention
We also run school holiday programmes, lifestyles, and community engagement initiatives, creating a vibrant, client‑focused atmosphere that extends beyond the therapy room. We work closely with our on‑site CPA group homes to provide integrated therapy services to residents and ensure continuity of care in a familiar environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in speech pathology.
- Evidence of current SPA registration or a willingness to attain it.
- A current driver’s licence.
