Role
This is a dynamic, fast‐paced role leasing some of Sydney's most prestigious and newly built properties. You'll be expected to deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations. Your day-to‐day responsibilities will include:
* Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
* Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
* Routine inspections
* Preparing lease sign‐ups and lease packs
* Reference checking
* Reviewing application forms
* Ad hoc administration duties
Successful Candidate
* Previous experience within the Real Estate Industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong time management
* Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
* Professional presentation and a proactive work ethic
* Current Certificate of Registration (COR), reliable car, and driver's license
