Protect the health facility from fire hazards and maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular fire safety inspections to identify potential risks and take corrective action as needed.
* Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents or security breaches
* Collaborate with colleagues to implement measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
* Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on emergency preparedness and response
* Maintain accurate records of incidents investigations and preventative actions
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in security management within a healthcare setting.
* Proven track record of effectively managing security situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
* Fitness to perform physically demanding tasks such as restraint
