We operate three connected businesses from one office in Perth:
* Blank the Studio – a content studio hired by brands and creators for shoots
* Flicker Socials – a social media and content marketing agency
* Chicken Dinner – a performance marketing agency
Together, the businesses support brands across content production, social media, and digital marketing.
We are looking for a highly organised Operations Coordinator to support day‐to‐day operations across the businesses, with a primary focus on Blank the Studio bookings, coordination, and client experience.
This role works closely with the two founders and plays an important part in keeping operations running smoothly.
The role
This role combines studio coordination, operational support and founder assistance across three fast‐moving businesses.
You will work closely with the founders to help keep day‐to‐day operations running smoothly — predominantly managing studio bookings and coordinating logistics to support content shoots and workflows.
It's a varied, hands‐on position suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks that keep a small business moving forward.
You'll have visibility into how two marketing agencies and a working content studio operate, and the opportunity to build real operational and marketing experience along the way. You will be responsible for the operations of BLANK The Studio.
Studio Operations (Primary Focus)
* Managing studio bookings and responding to client enquiries
* Coordinating client communications before and after shoots
* Ensuring the studio is clean, organised, and ready for bookings
* Coordinating cleaners, maintenance, and studio supplies
* Managing scheduling logistics and studio calendar
* Being on‐call on weekends for urgent booking enquiries (typically short phone calls and urgent support if needed)
Founder & Agency Support
* Providing day‐to‐day operational support to the founders
* Assisting with shoot planning (call sheets, props, logistics)
* Coordinating deliveries and maintaining office organisation
* Assisting with administrative tasks across both agencies

The week looks like
* 3 days per week in‐office supporting operations and studio management
* Flexible hours during the week to manage client enquiries and bookings
* Weekend on‐call availability for urgent studio booking queries

* Have experience in a role such as:
o Operations assistant
o Executive assistant
o Studio coordinator
o Production assistant
o Agency support role
* Are based in Perth with a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (required for studio visits and occasional operational errands).
* Are proactive – you spot gaps and fill them without being asked.
* Have some exposure to content or production (you don't need to be a producer, but shoot days shouldn't throw you).
* Are responsive and calm under pressure, including on weekend on‐call.
Requirements
* Based in Perth.
* Full driver's licence and access to a car (required for studio visits and errands).
* Experience using Google Workspace and task management tools.
* Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Canva, or ClickUp is advantageous.
