Sales Development Representative Opportunity
Seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support our hiring business. This remote role involves making outbound calls, conducting initial candidate interviews, and securing hiring agreements with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate and maintain contact with prospects and clients through sales outreach and follow-up calls.
* Engage and qualify candidates by conducting screening interviews as part of our recruitment process.
* Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
* Close deals by turning interest into signed agreements.
* Collaborate internally with sourcing and delivery teams for seamless execution.
* Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes in CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in sales development, recruitment, or telesales roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence on calls and video meetings.
* Experience with candidate interviews or staffing/recruitment setups is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and ensure prompt follow-through.
* Proficiency with CRMs, scheduling tools, and video conferencing platforms.
This is a freelance/on-demand remote opportunity. Work engagement will be based on workload requirements. Compensation will be performance-based.
