The Opportunity
Working Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm, this small country practice is looking for locum support until they can find a more permanent GP to join the team.
In this well-established clinic, there is a full time Practice Nurse who is very experienced with care plan arrangements, chronic pain management and procedures and there is pathology on site between 7.30am – 12.30pm.
$1500 is paid daily and travel, car and accommodation support can be provided.

- Monday – Friday with no on-call or weekend work
- 15 minute standard consultation times
- Best Practice software in use
- Patients range from young families to the elderly
- Mixed billing clinic with bulk billing for under 16’s and pension concession card holders
- Primarily booked appointment with 6 emergency appointments daily
The Location
This town is based under 25 minutes from the centre of Orange with Orange being a thriving country town with a rich heritage, award-winning restaurants, bustling markets and wineries often set in stunning scenery.
Feedback from a GP who has locumed there previously includes: I have done locum work here for several years and recommend it as a excellent little practice.
The village is very picturesque and close to Orange.
MM3 location.
This location qualifies for additional financial incentives through the Workforce Incentive Program (WIP).
Eligible GPs can receive significant financial support based on the area's classification.

- FACRRM/FRACGP or VR qualifications
- Unrestricted AHPRA Specialist Registration
