Rare opening for a Head of HR to join this global business within their ELT Group. Description
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Technical HR/IR/ER guidance and support to all internal departments and stakeholders across their geographical locations
* IR policy updates, agreement amendments, negotiations and internal guidance
* Hands on leadership to an established People team of 5 direct reports
* Offer escalation support with all employee relations matters, including liaising with The Commission, tribunals and settlements
* Working in collaboration with the Workforce Planning team to talent map to accommodate new client and workforce agreements
* Part of ELT meetings with regards to new client acquisitions and response documentation
* Extensive project exposure, from post implementation HRIS, EVP's and various initiatives
Profile
* Tertiary qualifications, ideally within Human Resources
* Agile, progressive, dynamic and commercially focused style
* Services orientated industry background
* Prior IR / HR experience, ideally supporting a large workforce
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards and regulations
