This is an chance for someone with the ambition and motivation to build a long-term career with a successful industry leader.

This is a full-time permanent position, working regular business hours Monday through Friday. Initially, the hours will be 08H30 - 17H00.

**About the Role**:
Working as part of a large, friendly team and reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is key in ensuring the administration of the branch runs smoothly and accurately.

You will be part of a team predominantly responsible for the back-of-house functions, attending to incoming calls and directing them as required.

This position would suit someone looking for a role with variety and an opportunity to develop and progress in a business that offers training and mentorship.

**_Specific responsibilities will include:_**
- Administrative support to the team
- Accounts receivable
- Excellent phone and call screening manner
- Organising functions
- Expenses
- Stock counting reports
- Other ad-hoc duties around the branch

**You will have**:

- Have unrestricted Australian working rights as sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
- Experience working in an administrative, retail or customer service environment
- Solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative, common sense, and the ability to problem solve.
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a friendly team.
- Current driver's licence
