Job Opportunity: Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to fill a part-time Administration Assistant position in Maitland, NSW.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to resident enquiries via phone and email, providing relief coverage for the Administration Officer, assisting with data entry, document/report preparation, and filing.
* Maintaining office supplies and general office duties is also an essential aspect of this role.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* In addition to these responsibilities, the Administration Assistant will also be required to update internal registers and assist with compliance documentation.
