Payroll Specialist
To achieve excellence in payroll services, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate mutually acceptable outcomes with stakeholders, and high attention to detail skills.
* Key qualifications include:
* Exposure to employment benefits and awards, and organizing payroll for shift workers.
* Clear comprehension of tax, superannuation, and salary packaging mechanics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks methodically and adapt quickly to changes.

Requirements
* Relevant qualifications or significant experience working in a similar Payroll position.
* Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
