About This Role
This role is about more than leasing apartments. It's about creating access to well‐designed, secure homes and supporting people to settle in with confidence. You'll guide the leasing journey end‐to‐end, making it simple, clear and welcoming, while building genuine relationships with residents along the way.
Taking a thoughtful approach to performance, you will balance strong occupancy with outcomes that feel fair and sustainable for the people who live here. From first enquiry through to move‐in and beyond, you'll play a key role in fostering a community where people from all walks of life feel they belong.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive leasing performance by executing the asset's leasing strategy to achieve occupancy, absorption and rental income targets.
* Optimise rental outcomes through active pricing management, market analysis and demand‐led leasing decisions.
* Deliver a premium leasing experience by leading the end‐to‐end prospect journey and converting enquiries into long‐term residents.
* Build resident loyalty and retention through strong relationships, proactive engagement and effective renewal management.
* Position Assemble Kensington as a market leader by championing the BTR offering, collaborating cross‐functionally and maintaining high brand standards.
About You
We're on the lookout for someone who understands that leasing is about people first. You bring a thoughtful, relationship‐led approach – creating experiences that feel welcoming, clear and genuinely supportive from the very first interaction.
Know how to balance strong commercial outcomes with fairness and long‐term thinking, and take pride in building communities where residents feel comfortable, respected and at home. You will also have:
* Proven experience in Build‐to‐Rent, property management, residential leasing, co‐living or student accommodation.
* Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent's Representative Certificate (VIC).
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels.
* Detail‐oriented and results‐focused, consistently striving to meet and exceed targets.
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a National Police Check.
