Job Description
This is a role for an articulate and motivated individual to coordinate the procurement and delivery of capital projects.
* Coordinate the procurement and delivery of capital projects from detailed planning to commissioning.
* Prepare briefs and tender documentation calling for preliminary design, concept design, detailed design, or construction services.
* Understand and communicate required scope of projects and necessary tasks and activities to deliver projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking an individual who holds degree qualifications in a relevant engineering, business or project/construction management discipline. The ideal candidate will have well-developed skills in the interpretation of detailed engineering plans, specifications, and quality systems. Key skills and experience include:
* Experience delivering works across the project cycle in the context of water supply and sewerage systems.
* Sound understanding of contract management principles including risk management, WHS, and EEO.
* Ability to manage relationships with contractors and professional consultants to achieve results.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills.
