The Position
We are currently seeking MALE Support Workers to assist two Participants, a mother and son, in East Mailand on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday daytime. You will assist them with Community Access, provide companionship, and help build their capacity.

Responsibilities
* Domestic Assistance: Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
* High-Level Personal Care: Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and use of specialized equipment.
* Respite Care: Provide relief to caregivers, allowing them time for rest or appointments.
* Social Support & Transportation: Facilitate social engagement and assist with community activities and appointments.
* Medication Monitoring: Prompt clients to take medication as per their Care Plan.
* Compliance: Follow operational guidelines and reporting requirements.
* All other reasonable duties included in a NDIS Support Worker role.

Requirements
* Certificate III or above in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in disability or aged care.
* Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS screening, First Aid, CPR).
