We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Multi-Franchise New Car Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team.

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs
* Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
* Automotive sales experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
* Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
* Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge across multiple brands
* Outgoing, energetic and confident personality
* Sales Licence (or willingness to obtain – training supported)
* Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
* Sound computer literacy and CRM experience advantageous

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Sell new vehicles across multiple franchises to private and fleet customers
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences from enquiry through to delivery and follow-up
* Achieve individual and dealership sales targets and KPIs
* Confidently negotiate pricing, finance introductions and trade-ins
* Build strong product knowledge across all represented brands
* Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline management
* Actively build your personal brand and client base within the local community
* Understand and demonstrate that long-term success is built on customer satisfaction and trust
