As our client base expands, we are looking for another experienced bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days a week. About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper to support our accounting team and ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of service. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Managing all aspects of bookkeeping for various clients
* Overseeing payroll management and ensuring timely processing
* Providing monthly and quarterly BAS services
* Handling ATO management and compliance tasks
* Engaging with clients to build strong, trust-based relationships
* Collaborating with the accounting team to enhance service delivery
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in completing tasks
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Experience using Xero and MYOB software
* The ability to multi-task and assist other team members as needed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
