About the role

As an early-career professional, you'll work alongside our team of experienced environmental professionals who are dedicated to helping you grow and succeed. You'll gain hands-on experience in assessing and remediating contaminated land, and developing essential skills in client engagement, proposal development, and project management.

You'll work on a diverse range of exciting and challenging contaminated land projects across multiple industries including Defence, Mining, Oil & Gas and Government.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct fieldwork for a variety of contaminated site investigation and remediation projects, including soil, groundwater, surface water, and ground gas sampling.
* Observe, guide, and document site remediation activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
* Manage, interpret, and ensure the quality of data through rigorous quality assurance and quality control processes.
* Assist in writing proposals, project correspondence, and technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

About you

To thrive in the role, you should ideally demonstrate the following:

* A degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geosciences.
* Relevant fieldwork experience will be advantageous.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
* Genuine enthusiasm for producing high-quality work that delivers practical solutions for our clients.
* A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards for yourself, your team, and any contractors involved.
* Willingness to undertake remote fieldwork across Australia.
* Permanent residency in Australia.
* An unrestricted Australian driver's license.
