Our client, a highly regarded real estate agency in Warragul 3820, are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their established team. Working with likeminded professionals that have a reputation for always doing what is right for their clients, coupled with your outstanding negotiation and relationship building expertise, you will be set for success.
With a generous salary package on offer, your daily tasks will include:
1. Management of properties, including providing advice
2. Liaison with landlords, tenants and contractors
3. Arrears management and Tribunal attendance
4. Rent reviews and increases
5. Book and conduct open for inspections
6. Co-ordinate rental property maintenance
7. Negotiate, prepare and execute all lease renewals
8. Other duties as per PD and requested
In addition to your property managing experience, you must have superb negotiation and communication skills. Outstanding attention to detail and a hunger for success are crucial, along with impeccable time management. You must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and experience with PropertyMe software would be highly regarded
A driver’s licence, Agents Representative licence and the ability to pass a National Police Check prior to commencement will also be required.
