The Role
As Trade Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will develop trusted relationships with customers, providing advice and a consultative approach to service. Your role is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, whilst achieving the team sales targets.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your day‐to‐day work involves generating sales, providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting effective follow‐ups with customers, performing some day‐to‐day administration tasks, and maintaining the overall look of the store.
The diversity of this role is reflected in assisting with other duties such as customer pick‐ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment
* Administrative skills and technology proficiency
* Physically able to load and unload heavy products
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
