About the Role

* We are seeking an experienced Client Executive to join our team, responsible for servicing existing clients and driving new business growth.

You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on educating clients about risk and insurance products, submitting and brokering business, presenting and closing opportunities, and servicing accounts.

A key aspect of this role is managing client portfolios, handling ongoing client needs, and providing proactive service delivery. You will also be responsible for reactive and proactive communication with potential clients via phone and email, as well as managing an ongoing sales pipeline through inbound, warm, and proactive leads.

In a consultative client approach, you will provide suitable education on additional products and services where applicable and within your authority. Additionally, you will assist with complex client queries/complaint issues, negotiate with insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines, and understand client financials to provide appropriate support regarding debt management, payment enquiries, and settlements.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales and account management. You will be onboarded and mentored by a team of expert professionals and have access to a range of programs to improve your product and business knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have comparable client servicing or sales experience, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to connect with people and build trust. They will also possess a zest for learning and the ability to make sense of information and learn systems and technologies at speed.
